Jean Cox-Kearns has spent the past 25 plus years working in the areas of Environmental Compliance, Policy development and implementation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability with a more recent focus on the Circular Economy. She spent 17 years with Dell implementing WEEE, Battery and Packaging compliance programs in Europe and globally.   From 2019 - 2021 she ran her own Sustainability Consultancy working with a number of Global IT brands on the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and Regulatory or Standards Compliance activities. From 2021 – 2023 she was Chief Sustainability Officer with TES and is now working with Lenovo as part of their global ESG team. 

Jean has an M.Sc. in Executive Leadership and a Post Grad in Design Thinking for Sustainability.   She is Chair of the International Electronics Recycling Congress now in its 24th year.  She is Chair of the Board of an Irish Mental Health Charity. Jean is on the  SERI Technical Advisory Committee for the R2 Standard and for the new SERI Impact Standard.

Over the past 25 years Jean has worked extensively across Europe, US, South America, Asia, Australia, and both West and East Sub-Saharan Africa.
