Jody Erikson is a highly experienced neutral mediator, facilitator, and trainer, specializing in conflict management for complex and technical disputes. With a proven track record of helping diverse stakeholders reach consensus and develop actionable agreements, Jody’s expertise spans numerous sectors, including infrastructure planning, health policy, renewable energy, water quality, hydro facility re-licensing, and strategic planning for governments, agencies, and charitable organizations. She is skilled in designing and conducting a variety of collaborative processes, such as advisory stakeholder committees, public meetings, stakeholder feedback sessions, strategic planning workshops, and scientific advisory groups. Over the course of her 25-year career, Jody has spent 15 years focused on the electronics reuse/recycling and standards development, notably supporting the R2 Standard Technical Advisory Committee through two consecutive 5-year reviews. Currently, she is assisting a new Technical Advisory Committee dedicated to developing reporting standards for key environmental, social, and governance impacts, aiming to harmonize risk reporting practices across the industry.
