Lauren Phipps is Chief of Staff at Molg, where she drives strategy, operations and partnerships to scale circular manufacturing in electronics. She focuses on systems-level approaches to circularity at the intersection of automation, supply chains and resilience.

Previously, Lauren was Vice President and Senior Analyst at Trellis (formerly GreenBiz Group), where she launched Circularity, the world’s largest circular economy conference, and authored a widely-read industry newsletter. She holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and a BA from Pitzer College.
