In this role, she is responsible for driving global profitable revenue through the reuse, resale, and recycling of returned IT assets. Her leadership also encompasses business process transformation, solution delivery, organizational development, and the implementation of best practices to help clients achieve their sustainability goals.

Since joining IBM, Linda has held a variety of executive and leadership roles across multiple domains, including sales, business and supply chain operations, business development, offering development, strategic alliances, and information technology. Her career has been marked by a consistent focus on transformation—whether through technology, process improvement, or organizational change. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Operating Officer of GARS and Vice President of GARS for North America. In each position, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging agile methodologies and organizational development to drive results.
