Mary Hemmersbach is Vice President of Technology at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, where she leads enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and corporate responsibility. She oversees enterprise applications, IT operations, project management, research and development, and the Corporate Responsibility function, including environmental, health, safety, and compliance. Mary drives initiatives that strengthen data governance, ERP performance, and customer integration while ensuring Dynamic upholds industry-leading certifications in security, quality, and sustainability. Passionate about using technology and compliance to advance circular economy goals, she aligns innovation with operational excellence to reduce risk and deliver value for customers and partners. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University.
