Nabil Nasr is CEO of the REMADE Institute and also serves as Director of the Golisano Institute for Sustainability and an Associate Provost at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Nasr has worked in sustainable manufacturing, remanufacturing, clean production, and sustainable product development throughout his career, and is considered an R&D leader in those disciplines. He serves as a member of the International Resource Panel of the United Nations Environment Programme.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Helwan University (Egypt), an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State, and an MS and PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University.
