Sam has spent the last 17 years in the ITAD industry with a special focus on digital equity. At Repowered, he oversees the sorting, recycling, refurbishment, and resale of electronics in support of the organization’s mission to provide work to adults facing barriers to employment. Previously, he worked as the Chief Program Officer at PCs for People to provide computer and internet access to families with low-incomes. He also spent time on the Technology Literacy Collaborative’s steering committee helping digital inclusion practitioners share best practices for addressing digital inequities.
