Steve is the program coordinator for the Electronics Takeback program at the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy.  He is also the subject matter expert for EGLE on Battery Recycling.  He has been with EGLE for 20 years and worked in the regulatory compliance field for private industry for 20 years.  He operates a small non-profit recycling business in his hometown and serves on the board of directors for several environmental organizations.
