Tamara Gillard is Executive Director of Minnesota Tech for Success (MTFS). MTFS has been in existence since 1997. Tamara has been Executive Director since 2006. From the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2017 “Titans of Technology” feature: “Gillard has played a central role in transforming the program that started as a government extension and is now an independent 501(c)3 organization dedicated to increasing access to technology and improving digital literacy.” She is an  ACE Leadership Alum and completed the Institute for Executive Director Leadership (IEDL) program at St. Thomas. Under her leadership MTFS was a 2016 Tekne Award winner for Collaboration and Community Impact, as recognized by the Minnesota High Tech Association.
