01 — Who we are

A neutral convener for the electronics sustainability community

eSummit360 is produced by SERI, Sustainable Electronics Recycling International, the organization behind the R2 Standard.

SERI's role isn't to advocate for any single sector. It's to create the conditions for productive conversation across the whole value chain: between OEMs and recyclers, between policymakers and operators, between the veterans who built this industry and the leaders reshaping it now.

That neutrality is the foundation of eSummit360. It's what makes the conversations here more useful than what happens at events organized around a single perspective or commercial interest.

02 — The 360° model

The most important conversations don't start and stop in two days

The name eSummit360 reflects a simple idea: an annual summit is most valuable when it sits inside a continuous layer of engagement that precedes it, follows it, and connects the people who were in the room long after they've gone home.

  1. Before the summit

    Year-round programming builds the community, surfaces the questions, and creates the shared context that makes in-person conversation more productive.

  2. At the summit

    The annual eSummit is where year-round conversations converge: tested in the room, deepened in person, and connected to action through roundtables and working sessions.

  3. After the summit

    Working groups, fireside chats, and webinars carry outcomes forward, turning a conference into a continuous platform for the industry.

03 — How we work

Listening, adapting, and improving — every year

SERI evaluates after each eSummit and applies what it learns. The evolution of eSummit360 reflects maturity and confidence, not course correction. eSummit27 brings a new location, a spring date, and a refined two-day structure built around what's actually made past events valuable.

  • Intentional design

    Each year's format is shaped by feedback from the last. Content, structure, timing, and venue are evaluated with fresh eyes.

  • Quality over scale

    eSummit360 is not built to maximize attendance. It's built to maximize the value of being in the room.

  • Neutral by design

    SERI's independence is a structural advantage. The agenda is driven by what the community needs to work through, not by any single sponsor's interests.

04 — What's coming

eSummit27 — · Tempe, AZ

SERI's third Electronics Sustainability Summit. A spring date gives attendees the rest of the year to act on the connections and ideas they take home.

Two full days of facilitated roundtables, presentations, working sessions, and peer conversations, with Monday, March 8 as an optional welcome day of facility tours, member meetings, and an opening reception. Wednesday closes with the Industry Awards and the annual Repair-Off.

Plus an expanded year-round layer: a webinar series, ongoing fireside chats, and working groups that carry roundtable outcomes forward between summits.
