The eSummit brings together senior leaders from across the electronics value chain to work on the challenges that shape how electronics are designed, procured, managed, reused, and recycled. It's built around facilitated roundtables, presentations, working sessions, and peer conversations.
-
Decision-makers from OEMs, ITAD providers, recyclers, refurbishers, policymakers, and industry organizations. These are people shaping procurement standards, influencing regulation, managing asset lifecycles, and running operations at scale.

We've wanted to move the eSummit to a spring schedule since its inception, and this was the time to do it. Between a crowded fall conference season and year-end demands, Q4 asks a lot of people. A spring eSummit gives attendees the rest of the year to act on the connections and ideas they take home.
Tempe, located within the Phoenix metropolitan area, provides convenient access and a walkable setting that supports both important discussions and casual connections outside of scheduled sessions. And, you really can’t beat springtime weather in Arizona.
-
There won't be an in-person eSummit in 2026. The next eSummit will be March 9-10, 2027, at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU in Tempe, Arizona. Between now and then, we're hosting a webinar series and building working groups to keep the conversations going year-round.
