As Vice President of Technical Services, Evelyn leads SEIA’s technical and technological initiatives and programs that support development, advocacy, and implementation of legislative and regulatory policy. These initiatives cover advocacy in U.S. building and energy codes, solar and storage equipment product standards, ANSI-accredited standards development, operations and maintenance, DG permitting, quality assurance, ESG, and sustainability and circularity.

She serves as board director and Treasurer of the SolarAPP Foundation, the license holder of the SolarAPP+ software program for instant permitting of residential solar and storage developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Prior to joining SEIA, Evelyn worked at UL Solutions for over 25 years, establishing and leading its global solar portfolio, international market development, and services development and management.
