Justin Carroll

I lead Fruit Fixed, a regional tech repair and resale chain with six locations across the state of Virginia that was founded in 2013. We assist upwards of 25,000 customers annually, with a focus on not only retail but commercial, government, and education accounts that widen our addressable market and have led us to become a market leader in our region. I have a passion for helping people solve problems with their technology, and I believe in finding sustainable solutions for our industry that both repair providers, vendors, and OEMs alike can find middle ground on that ultimately fulfill our obligations to the same customers.
