Logan Blizzard

Logan Blizzard is a Transportation Specialist on the Outreach & Engagement team for the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)’s Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS). Dr. Blizzard served as the coordinator for PHMSA’s Interagency Working Group on Lithium Battery Safety in 2023, and has co-developed compliance aid materials and safety advisories focused on lithium-ion battery transportation, including Understanding the Risks of Damaged, Defective, and Recalled (DDR) Lithium Batteries.
